At Vitale Chocolate & Flowers, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality floral artistry and gourmet products. Because our collection consists of fresh botanicals and handcrafted edible items, we adhere to the following policy in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection laws.

1. Perishable Items & Gourmet Delicacies

Due to the nature of our products and for the protection of public health, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been delivered or collected. This includes:

*Fresh Florals: All bouquets and floral arrangements.

*Gourmet Delicacies: Baklava, Rahash, Ain Al Jamal, and our signature Chocolates.

*Premium Provisions: Specialty Coffee and roasted Nuts.

2. Quality Assurance & Damaged Goods

We stand behind the excellence of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately.

Timeframe for Flowers: Please notify us within 2 hours of receipt.

Timeframe for Delicacies: Please notify us within 24 hours for any issues regarding chocolates, sweets, or coffee.

Requirement: A photo of the product and the original receipt are required for all claims.

Resolution: Upon verification, Vitale Chocolate & Flowers will provide a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method

3. Cancellations & Modifications

Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery for a full refund.

Bespoke & Bulk Orders: For custom floral designs or large gift trays of delicacies, a 48-hour notice is required for cancellation.

Same-Day Service: Orders placed for same-day delivery are processed immediately and are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Policy

Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact number within the UAE.

Recipient Absence: If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the order in a safe place (e.g., reception or with security). Since flowers and chocolates are sensitive to heat, Vitale Chocolate & Flowers is not responsible for spoilage due to items being left outdoors or at room temperature for extended periods.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement, as per UAE banking protocols
